1. General Policy

At StrleyaShop, we strive to provide excellent service. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the order has been successfully processed and delivered to your game account.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Failed Orders: If your order fails to process and the items are not delivered, your wallet balance will be automatically refunded.
  • System Errors: If a technical error on our end causes duplicate charges or incorrect deductions.
  • Unprocessed Orders: Orders that remain in "Pending" status for an extended period without delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Successfully completed orders where items have been delivered
  • Orders with incorrect game account information provided by the user
  • Account bans or restrictions imposed by game publishers
  • Change of mind after order completion
  • Promotional items or giveaway prizes

4. Wallet Top-up Refunds

For wallet top-up requests:

  • Pending Requests: You may cancel a pending top-up request before admin approval.
  • Approved Top-ups: Once approved and credited to your wallet, top-up amounts are non-refundable but can be used for any purchase on the platform.
  • Rejected Requests: If your top-up request is rejected, no charges will be applied.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Check your order status in your account dashboard
  2. Contact our support team through the Contact page
  3. Provide your order ID and detailed explanation
  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to your StrleyaShop wallet balance. We do not process refunds to external payment methods. Wallet balance can be used for future purchases.

7. Processing Time

Automatic refunds for failed orders are processed immediately. Manual refund requests typically take 1-3 business days to review and process.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may appeal by contacting our support team with additional information or evidence. We will review all appeals fairly and promptly.
